As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), I work to be a compassionate, neutral party to help you better know and understand what you want, think, and feel. My approach is to provide more support than advice and to listen to both what is said and what is not said. Specialization Areas: PTSD & Trauma, Mood Regulation, Faith Transitions & Religious Trauma, Parenting, and Partner/Couple Dynamics. Therapeutic Approaches: Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Approaches, and Interpersonal Process Theory. I utilize a comprehensive bio-psycho-social framework, tailoring evidence-based interventions to each client's unique needs. I am not currently accepting new clients.
